GDPR & Data Rights
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection give you clear rights over your data. Here is how to exercise them with us.

1. Who is the data controller

3. How to make a request
- Email ninadongyan@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Protection".
- State which right you wish to exercise and describe the data or processing involved.
- We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorised access.
We will respond within one month of receiving a complete request, as required by Art. 12 GDPR. This period may be extended by two further months where the request is complex, in which case we will tell you.
4. Fees
Responding to data-subject requests is free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee only for clearly unfounded or excessive requests (Art. 12(5) GDPR).
5. Supervisory authority
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In the Republic of Moldova, the competent authority is the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (National Centre for Personal Data Protection). Individuals in the EEA may also contact their national supervisory authority.
6. Data protection principles we follow
- Lawfulness, fairness, transparency — we tell you what we do with your data.
- Purpose limitation — data is used only for the purpose you provided it.
- Data minimisation — we collect only what is necessary.
- Accuracy — we keep data correct and let you correct it.
- Storage limitation — data is deleted when no longer needed.
- Integrity and confidentiality — data is protected with appropriate security.
